We strongly maintain production control and quality system between corporate partners and us to meet each costumer's requirements. Because of various requirements, we corporate various partners that possess CNC automatic lather, Machining Center (MC), precision press, Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), laser processing machine. Controlling “Environmentally Hazardous Substances” is also our quality management system. We have been trying “not accepting and not distributing”
There are more than 80 corporate partners. Those also have same “CNC automatic lather”, “MC”, “precision press”, “deformation processing”, and “plastic casting” for better customer satisfaction.
- About CNC automatic lather, because of principal works, there are about 100 machines including corporate partners. More than 60 CNC automatic lathers are processing regularly.
- Okamoto processes from amount of 1 to 2,000,000 monthly.
- Okamoto processes metal such as steel, SUS, and Brass.
- Okamoto processes plastic such as POM (polyacetal), Teflon, Nylon, PP, ultem, and Celazole, and PEEK. We are very skillful at “Engineering Plastics and Super Engineering Plastics”, especially POM processing, we claim allowance of ±5μ(MAX±3μ).
